- hello,
-
- I want to purchase a compiler that will enable me to program Win95 programs.
- I'd like it to be Borland C++ 5.0, but its shipping date has been pushed back
- to far that that's not looking possible (wasn't originally a 4Q95 product?
- i've heard that it's now a maybe2Q96 one...). Does anyone know if there's any
- possibility of a "trade-up" price from Borland for people who upgraded to 4.5
- late (similar to Microsoft's offer to upgrade any non-Win95 apps purchased in
- 1995 for a nominal fee) ??? Quite frankly, I'm sick of waiting. I need the
- compiler now and, considering the late shipping dates being quoted now, I'm
- going to have to go with Symantec. Anybody???
-
- bye.
- chris.
